Our minimum orders for screen-print are as shown in the table below:

For digitally-printed tea towels, aprons, oven-gloves, napkins & bags our minimum order is 50 per design or 36 per design for digitally-printed mugs.
Once the artwork has been finalised and agreed, we offer a three-week service for single colour tea towels and a four-week service for multi-colour tea towels. For other items please ask for current lead times.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will always do our best to help.
We can advise you of the most popular colours for your type of design. We can also print a single colour design in several colours subject to a minimum of 100 of each colour so that you can offer your customers a choice of colourways. If you require less than 100 in each colour for a single colour print then we can print a minimum of 50 per colour for a small extra charge
When specifying colours, please quote Pantone Matching System Solid Uncoated colours for us to match or send a swatch of the colour you require
Yes – we may send you a PDF of the layout first to ensure that you are happy with the layout. Once this has been approved, we will always send a proof printed in the colour(s) of your choice for your approval before printing your full order.
If you require alterations after receiving the proof we will of course rectify any errors on our part at no extra cost to you. Any changes required that differ from the original design or the approved PDF layout will incur an additional charge.
We try to keep the amount of packaging used to a minimum and dispatch orders in boxes made from recycled cardboard, so please recycle or re-use them if you can.
Tea Towels are usually dispatched in quantities of 200 per box. Aprons, 50 per box, Double Oven Gloves, 30 per box
If preferred, we can pack tea towels individually in polypropylene bags or fold and pack according to your requirements. Please ask us for a quote.
We can also attach cardboard tags/wrappers etc. as required and can provide a quote on request.
We usually send orders via courier. The cost of carriage to most mainland UK addresses is included in the price quoted for your tea towels. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and abroad we will charge only for the costs of carriage beyond our normal costs.
New customers may be asked to settle invoices on a pro-forma basis. For credit accounts, we will invoice you a day or two after your order is sent. Payment may be made by cheque (payable to Lorna Wiles Textiles) or by BACS and is due strictly within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.
You can re-order at any time and we aim to deliver the majority of re-orders within 3 weeks. If you are very short of stock and require delivery any sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.

If you decide not to go ahead with the project we will charge only for the work done to date. If we have reached the proofing stage then this would include the cost of films, separations and screens.
