Any work we do as well as any goods supplied to you are on the basis of these terms & conditions.

Payment
Our prices are quoted exclusive of VAT at the standard rate. VAT will usually be added to all our invoices.
We will either send an invoice and request payment prior to your goods being sent out
or
for credit accounts we will send an invoice when your goods are sent out strictly on the basis that payment is made within 30 days.

Customers who exceed the 30 days may be charged interest at 8% over the Bank of England base rate, on a daily basis.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or automated bank transfer.

Delivery
Your goods are normally sent by courier on a 2-3 service. If you need yur order urgently or have a specific date by which you require your order to be delivered, please let us know and we will do our very best to get it there on time

We pack your goods very carefully but if you do have any problems with your delivery, please let us know within 5 working days.

If your delivery contains mugs and you have any breakages, please let us know within 24 hours as we cannot refund breakages outside this period.

Artwork
When reproducing your artwork we presume that you own it or have the owner’s permission to use it.
Any additional artwork you ask us to create or do may be charged for – please check with us first.
We sometimes use samples of our products in our advertising and are happy to provide links to your website.If you do not want us to use your products in this way, please let us know.

PROOFS AND SAMPLES
Once we receive your artwork and your order we may send you a digital layout of your design. We ask you to check this very carefully as amendments to the layout required after we have made the printing screen(s) are chargeable. Once you are happy with the layout we will then make the printing screens and send a printed proof for you to approve. Your order will only be printed once you have approved the printed proof.
For screen printed bone china mugs no printed sample can be provided although a digital layout will be sent to you to approve before going ahead with your order.

If you only require samples please ask us to confirm the costs of screens/ films & proofing before placing an order. If you decide not to proceed with you order after receiving a proof then the screens, films, cost of proofing and any additional artwork we have done for you are chargeable.

COLOUR AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We will try and match your chosen colour(s) as closely as possible although we do ask that you allow for some very slight shade variation between batches which,is due to the nature of textile products We do always try to keep shade variation within commercially acceptable standards.

The specified size of cotton products may vary by +/- 5%

CONTRACT PRINTING
If you are supplying your own cloth for printing we will not charge for any rejects but will need extra fabric for setting up etc. Please ask how much we will need for your order.
